Do you offer appraisals or grading reports for your pieces?Yes! Every Forever Fine piece comes with a complimentary appraisal for insurance purposes. For custom engagement rings, your ring will also come with the GIA Diamond certificate for the diamond(s) used in your design.

How do I care for my jewelry?To keep your jewelry in pristine condition, we recommend avoiding exposure to harsh chemicals, including lotions, perfumes, bleach in hot tubs or swimming pools and cleaning agents. Clean your pieces gently with a mild dish soap and warm water and store them in a safe, dry place when not in use. We also offer professional cleaning and maintenance services — feel free to contact us for a complimentary cleaning.

What’s the difference between "Ready to Ship" & "Made to Order"?Ready to Ship: These are pieces that are in stock and can be shipped either the same day or the following business day. Made to Order: These items are custom-crafted just for you. Production typically takes between 4-8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and material availability.

How long will it take to receive my order?Ready to Ship items usually arrive within 1-3 business days, depending on your location. Made to Order pieces can take between 4-8 weeks for production and delivery, as each piece is crafted with meticulous attention to detail.

What type of warranty do you offer?All Forever Fine pieces include a 1-year warranty against factory defects. After this period, ifessary, we’ll provide a quote fo a repair is necr the repair services through our trusted workshop. For your peace of mind, we recommend insuring your jewelry against loss, theft, or damage. We offer complimentary insurance appraisals for all pieces purchased from us for your convenience.
