At Forever Fine Jewelry, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the custom nature of our jewelry, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand our procedures and exceptions.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom-made nature of our jewelry, all sales are final. We generally do not offer refunds or exchanges on items that have been purchased. However, in rare cases, we may offer a refund on a case-by-case basis. Typically, refunds are only issued if there is a defect with the piece. We recommend that you carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase to ensure it meets your expectations.

2. Defective Products

In the rare event that you receive a defective piece of jewelry, we offer a case-by-case return policy. If you believe your jewelry is defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item. You can reach us at sales@foreverfinejewelryco.com to initiate the return process.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged. Once we review and approve the return, we will process a refund to your original payment method or offer an exchange for the defective item, depending on your preference.

3. Process for Returns

To initiate a return for a defective item:

  • Contact us within 5 days of receiving the item at sales@foreverfinejewelryco.com.

  • Provide your order number and a description or image of the defect.

  • We will review the case and provide you with return instructions.

  • Once the defective item is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method or offer a replacement, depending on the situation.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom or personalized items, including but not limited to engraved or custom-designed pieces, are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective.

  • Sale or clearance items are also non-refundable.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you are eligible for a return due to a defective item, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Otherwise, customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns or exchanges.

6. Refund Processing

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you will receive a notification via email once the refund has been completed. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment method.
